Steinway Taiwan, Debut- 08/01/2023
George was invited back to Taiwan initially for press interviews regarding the recent rise in his piano career in the states. Initially, George planned to do a meet & greet for his fans at Steinway Taiwan. However, things quickly snowballed into a pop-up concert, and it became the most popular event in Steinway Taiwan’s history.
It’s been 4 years since George had been back to Taiwan, and to celebrate he played a unique program of movie favorites, Hiromi, originals, and a newly written song just for the occasion, titled “Scenes from Taiwan.”
George played different parts of his program and several different brand new Steinways. Of course, fans made requests and George did his very best to improvise them on a brand new white Model O grand piano.
