Bowers Museum- East Meets West Concert 02/26/2022

In partnership between The Bowers Museum (Santa Ana, CA), and the Sino Arts Performing Arts Organization, George was invited to perform a very special concert with erhu virtuoso Miao Miao Chen.
The concert took place at the Norma Kershaw Auditorium, where George performed a selection of his own pieces, film classics, and debuted 2 new pieces inspired by Chinese cinema and folk music. George also performed a duet with Miao Miao, including Vittorio Monti’s “Czardas” and the famed Chinese folk piece “Two Horses”.
The event was completely sold out and received press from local outlets and national Chinese American papers.
